Looking for the perfect venue for your event?

The Sharon Temperance Hall was built in 1853 and has always been an important community space. Starting the year it was built, a lease was signed with the Sharon Temperance Society to hold meetings, social events, and concerts. It became known as the Sharon Municipal Hall at the turn of the 20th century, and eventually became the home of the East Gwillimbury Civic Centre until the current one was built in the 1990s. The hall is a great venue for wedding receptions, birthday parties, bridal showers, and corporate events.  The hall accommodates up to 100 people and comes equipped with a full kitchen including two stoves, large refrigerator and is handicapped accessible.

Included with rental:

- 10 round tables - 60 inches

- 4 rectangular tables - 6 ft. and 8 ft.

- 95 padded chairs

The daily rental rate is $350.00 for Friday, Saturday and Sunday and $300.00 for Monday to Thursday. A projector and screen, to be reserved at the time of booking, is available for an additional $25.00.
